Ray and CiCi Events provide children’s DJ and entertainment parties across London and surrounding areas, designed for ages 4–12. Every party includes a professional DJ/host, sound system, disco lighting, music, interactive games, prizes and bubbles (where the venue allows). Packages start from £145, with the price depending on the length, day and specific requirements of your party.

Ray and CiCi Events are the resident DJs for family discos at Big Penny Social in Walthamstow, so local families may already know us from there.
Optional paid effects: smoke/haze, snow, foam, UV and strobe lighting, all subject to venue suitability and permission. Add-ons include face painting, balloon sculpting and magic. We can also provide decor and event styling, photo booths, popcorn machines and other sweet treats, and for bespoke events, musicians, singers, dancers and other live performers. You can arrange several parts of your event through us rather than coordinating separate suppliers.
A suitable mains power supply and reasonable access to load, unload and set up. For outdoor parties, we also need weatherproof cover for the DJ and electrical equipment. If you or the venue can’t provide it, we can for an additional charge. Please tell us in advance about stairs, restricted access or long distances from the unloading point. If access restrictions weren’t disclosed beforehand and cause a delayed setup or start, we can’t reimburse the affected time. Any parking charges are paid by the customer.

Our core children’s entertainment packages are designed for ages 4–12. We also cater for first birthdays, christenings and family celebrations for ages 0–3, while ages 13–17 are catered for through our teen party and disco offering.
A single Ray and CiCi Events DJ/host can normally entertain up to 30 children. Larger events may need extra staff or resources and are quoted on a bespoke basis.
We organise and lead the entertainment. The DJ/host runs the games, activities, music and party interaction, so parents don’t need to plan or host it themselves. Responsible adults should still provide normal supervision.
Yes. Send us a playlist or a list of favourite songs before the party. We use it as a guide, while still reading the room to keep the party flowing.
Yes. We bring the professional sound and DJ equipment for the booked package. The venue generally only needs to provide suitable mains power and reasonable access for unloading and setup.
Yes. Smoke/haze, snow and foam are available as paid upgrades, subject to venue permission, suitability and any relevant safety restrictions.
Yes, provided there is suitable power and weatherproof cover for the DJ and electrical equipment. If cover isn’t available, we can provide it for an additional charge.
Yes. All Ray and CiCi Events DJs and staff working at children’s parties and school events hold Enhanced DBS checks, carried out through our company using uCheck. Confirmation can be provided where required.
Yes. We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance.
Yes. Our most recent PAT testing was in July 2026, and documentation can be supplied to venues and schools on request.
Yes. We adapt the music, games and interaction for mixed-age groups so everyone feels included.
Yes. Extras can usually be added later, subject to availability, so you don’t have to decide everything when you book.
Based in South London, we regularly cover London, Surrey, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire, and we’re happy to travel further across the UK. International bookings are considered on request. All bookings are subject to availability, with travel, parking, congestion or accommodation costs where necessary.
